Melissa has worked as a professional Hair Stylist for 35 years.

Her love for the beauty industry began as a young girl as she grew up modeling and competing in beauty pageants.

As a previous Color Educator, Melissa has participated in extensive continuing education and professional workshops in cutting, color, and hair styling throughout her career and she loves a color challenge! Whether you’re looking for a complete change or want to maintain your classic look, Melissa wants every Client who sits in her chair to leave feeling — and looking like — a star.

Melissa’s professional credits also include print and commercial film work, including serving as Hair Stylist to Kathie Lee Gifford.

Melissa just recently got married to Todd Spitters in June of 2024. Melissa and Todd had their very first date over 38 years ago as teenagers and reconnected after being matched on match.com! They just knew that they knew that it was meant to be.

In her spare time, Melissa's four children (Leslie; Logan; Leah; and Franklin), along with her granddaughter, Isabella Grace, grandson Amari, (and another grandbaby on the way!) keep her busy and blessed.
